2.1 User Registration
When you sign up to use the Services, you may voluntarily give us certain information about yourself or your organization. This can include name, username, email address, street address, telephone number, information about your intended use of the Services and any other information you provide us. If you’re using the Services on your mobile device, you may also choose to provide us with location data. We may also collect your credit card information if you choose to pay for your access to the Services over the Website.
Like most website operators, DropModel collects non-personally identifiable information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request when visitors use the Website. DropModel’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifiable information is to better understand how DropModel’s visitors use the Services. From time to time, DropModel may release non-personally identifiable information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Services. DropModel also collects potentially personally identifiable information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to the Services. For instance, DropModel may monitor the Website to help identify spam.
In addition to log data, we may also collect information about the device you’re using to access the Services, including the type of device, the operating system, device settings, device identifiers and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings. To learn more about the information your device makes available to us, please review the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider.

3.1 General Third Party Disclosures.
Except as otherwise provided in this policy, we disclose your personal information only to those of our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide Services, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country and by using the Services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
Other than to our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations or as described above, we disclose personal information only when required to do so by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of DropModel, third parties or the public at large. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.
In addition, in some cases we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if DropModel or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that DropModel goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquiror of DropModel may continue to use your personal and non-personal information only as set forth in this policy.
